Refunds & Returns for www.calibiolabpeptides.com (Cali BioLab Peptides™)

Due to the fragility of research grade peptide products, we are unable to provide any returns or refunds on sold products after the package has been received and opened from the buyer. 

MUTUAL EXCEPTION

If the package has not been opened, the buyer can return the the order and request a refund with mutual approval between the buyer and Cali BioLab Peptides under the conditions detailed below:

• The return package must be accepted by USPS within 3 business days of the buyer receiving the order. 
• The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
• The original shipping cost that we, Cali BioLab Peptides incurred to send the package will be deducted. 
• A $9.99 return/handling charge will be deducted from the final refund amount. 
• Upon inspection of the package, refunds will be disqualified in the event that the package has been opened or tampered with. 
• Loss of package during return shipment is responsibility of the buyer, it is recommended that the buyer purchases insurance for any returned orders. 

LOSS RESPONSIBILITY

Cali BioLab Peptides is not responsible for packages that are not received and/or lost due to the buyer giving an incorrect mailing address. 

DISPUTE FORFEIT 

When the purchaser elects to pay for their order with a credit card, they forfeit the right to request a chargeback with their card provider. All sales are final without the mutual written agreement between the buyer and Cali BioLab Peptides.

Cali BioLab Peptides guarantees the purity of their research peptides to be at 99% or greater.  In the event that a peptide provided directly by Cali BioLab Peptides does not meet the purity standards of 99%, the following will be provided by Cali BioLab Peptides to the buyer: 

• Full Refund of the product. 
• Reimbursement of the purity test conducted by the buyer. 
• A store credit towards future purchases that is equal to the cost of the defective product. 

The following requirements and due diligence must be satisfied in order to qualify for the money back guarantee: 

• Efficacy/Purity must be demonstrated by a DEA approved medial facility and/or laboratory. 
• Purity testing must have been paid for by the buyer. 
• A verifiable copy of the test results must be provided to Base Peptides. 
• Peptide must have been purchased within the past 6 months.
